Finding Area In a Fiction Book

 Today Ponui and Pakatoa reading groups were finding out all the different part of a non - fiction book, such as, Tittle, Index, and Subtitle. We read a book on Mapopraphica facts. As a whole group we had to find the right place to put the arrow on. I enjoyed doing this activity because it helped me learn where all the right things are.  We all communicated to each other to figure out the right spot on the book. When some people got it wrong we all helped that person out so that they can know where it is. I got 2 answers wrong, and thanks to everyone for helping me get the right answer.

As a whole group we had to find the right place to put the arrow on. I enjoyed doing this activity because it helped me learn where all the right things are.  We all communicated to each other to figure out the right spot on the book. Wheel Words - 10 minutes

Today we played a game of wheel words. It helps us with our learning and our thinking. It always help me with my vocabulary. And you can also learn and find new words. We had 10 minutes to try and figure out as many words as you can with the letter in the middles. My middle letter was E. I managed to find out 13 words all together. I recommended this game for little children to learn.
